While I will strive to quilt your quilt smoothly, I cannot guarantee fullness and puckers will quilt out.  In some cases excessive fullness will also cause the quilt to be "out of square".  The quilting machine is a state of the art Bernina Qmatic but remains a mechanical machine.  Despite careful maintenance, mechanical problems do occur that can cause damage to the quilt top or back.   All care will be taken to treat your quilt with the same love you put into it.  However, Designs by Jenn is not responsible for any damage to  your quilt.  You also understand that quilting is an art and not exact.  As such, minor imperfections are normal.
